Rules and regulations:
 
Thank you for participating in “My best POCito memory” competition!
 
There is 1 (one) prize awarded to the winner.
 
The price includes:

  • 7 nights stay in one of Ski Stars apartments in Åre. Maximum 2 Adults and 3 children.
  • Skipass for up to 2 adults and 3 children
  • Ski rental for up to 2 adults and 3 children (skiis, boots and poles)

The price does not include:

  • The trip to and from Åre, Sweden.
  • Food and beverages.
  • Any other expenses relating to entering the competition or to the winning price other than those listed above.
  1. Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
  2. Multiple entries and unreadable entry forms will be disqualified.
  3. You must be at least eighteen years old in order to enter the competition and be awarded any price.
  4. The jury consists of the staff at POC Sweden AB.
  5. The decision of the jury is final.
  6. Entries will be judged by the artistic composition, originality, creativity and “fun factor".
  7. The price is valid through season 09/10 with reservations for weeks: 7-10 and 12-13. Bookings are subject to availability.
  8. There is no cash alternative in any circumstances whatsoever to the prize offered.
  9. The winner will be announced on POC Sweden AB website www.pocsports.com in beginning of May 2009 and/or notified within seven days after the winner have been selected.
  10. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes payable as a result of winning the price.
  11. By entering the competition, you are granting POC Sweden AB express permission to contact you at the telephone number(s) or email address you have provided in the entry.
  12. Acceptance of any gift or prize constitutes your permission for POC´s use of your name and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  13. All entries, photographs or other matter submitted as part of a competition entry shall become the property and the copyright of POC Sweden AB and will not be returned to entrants.
  14. POC Sweden AB reserves the right to transmit entered photos all or in part or use the photo in any way it thinks fit without the permission of the entrant and without rendering any payment for such use.
