Details of participation:
There is 1 (one) prize awarded to the winner.
The price includes:
- The trip to and from Hossegor, France. 2 persons. (POC will book all trips)
- 7 nights stay at Xtravel Surf Camp in Hossegor. 2 persons.
- Breakfasts and dinners
- Surfboards (for beginners)
- Wetsuits
- Surf instructors
The price does not include:
- Insurances
- Possible medical costs
- Food and beverages other than what is served at the surf camp (breakfast and dinner)
- Food and beverages purchased on the trip other than those served on the airplane
- Any other expenses relating to entering the competition or to the winning price other than those listed above.
- POC Sweden AB/Xtravel does not take any responsibility for any personal injuries that might happen during the trip to and from Hossegor, during the stay at Xtravel surf camp or during activities arranged by Xtravel surf camp.
Terms and conditions:
- Final entry date: 30 April 2008
- Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
- POC Sweden AB/Xtravel does not take any responsibility for any personal injuries that might happen during the trip to and from Hossegor, during the stay at Xtravel surf camp or during activities arranged by Xtravel surf camp.
- Unreadable entry forms will be disqualified.
- You must be at least eighteen years old in order to enter the competition and be awarded any price.
- The jury consists of the staff at POC Sweden AB and Xtravel.
- The decision of the jury is final.
- Entries will be judged by the artistic composition, originality, creativity and “funky factor".
- The price is valid until 2009 10 30
- There is no cash alternative in any circumstances whatsoever to the prize offered.
- The winner will be announced on POC Sweden AB website www.pocski.com and Xtravel website www.xtravel.se in beginning of May 2008 and/or notified within seven days after the winner have been selected.
- The winner is solely responsible for any taxes payable as a result of winning the price.
- By entering the competition, you are granting POC Sweden AB express permission to contact you at the telephone number(s) or email address you have provided in the entry.
- Acceptance of any gift or prize constitutes your permission for POC Sweden AB ´s use of your name and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- All entries, photographs or other matter submitted as part of a competition entry shall become the property and the copyright of POC Sweden AB and will not be returned to entrants.
- POC Sweden AB reserves the right to transmit entered photos all or in part or use the photo in any way it thinks fit without the permission of the entrant and without rendering any payment for such use.
